Annexin

膜联蛋白V（Annexin V）是35kDa的磷脂结合蛋白，其对磷脂酰丝氨酸（PS）的强依赖性可用于鉴定。在活细胞中，带负电荷的PS残基位于质膜脂质双层的内侧，然而，在早期凋亡过程中，细胞松散质膜不对称，PS残基易位至膜的外部，因此我们可以通过荧光标记的Annexin V进行检测。
